Terms of Service

Effective 13 September 2026 · MyByteCode · hello@mybytecode.dev

By using any MyByteCode MCP application or service, you agree to these terms.

What the services do

MyByteCode provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) applications that extend AI hosts with additional tools. Each app performs a specific function described in its listing. Apps are offered without a separate account or fee from us. Your AI host may have its own access requirements and charges.

Using the services

You must be at least 13 and meet the requirements of your AI host and applicable law. Use our apps for their intended purpose. You remain responsible for decisions made using their results. You may not disrupt the service, bypass request limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information in tool inputs or support messages. You must have the right to submit any information you provide.

Your content

You retain your rights in your inputs. You permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to deliver the requested service, as described in the privacy policy. These terms do not grant us a right to use them for advertising.

Availability and changes

Services depend on third-party hosting and your AI host. They may be unavailable, rate limited, or interrupted, and we do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular result. We may update services, apply reasonable limits, or restrict abusive use. Where practicable, we will explain material changes that affect ordinary use. You can stop using or disconnect any app at any time.

Privacy and responsibility

The MyByteCode privacy policy explains our handling of inputs, results, technical information, and support messages. Your AI host's handling of conversations is governed by that host's own terms and privacy policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without a guarantee that they will meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We will publish revisions here with an updated effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Contact hello@mybytecode.dev if you have a question, complaint, or support request.
